Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct complex investigations into alleged legislative breaches.
• Manage a high-volume investigative caseload and competing priorities.
• Undertake job site operations, site audits and proactive compliance activities.
• Gather and assess evidence, conduct interviews and prepare witness statements.
• Compile briefs of evidence for prosecution in court.
• Interpret legislation and policy to inform decisions and recommendations.
• Communicate with notifiers, respondents, consumers, contractors and industry stakeholders.
• Travel to job sites as part of the role.
