Formación

• Experience in account support or client services.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret KPIs and present insights.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities.
• Proactive, solutions-focused with accountability.
• A genuine interest in the charity and not-for-profit sector.
• Experience in telefundraising, contact centres, charity fundraising or campaign management will be highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain long-term charity partnerships and act as the primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Support client meetings, provide updates and manage expectations with clarity and professionalism.
• Monitor campaign KPIs and provide meaningful insights in reports.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and develop practical improvement plans with internal teams.
• Coordinate campaign launches, changes, updates and ongoing requirements to meet client expectations.
• Drive account growth through reliable delivery, transparency and strong results.
