Job summary

APG Workforce are seeking an experienced Bridge Worker to join a dynamic team in Goulburn. This hands-on role involves bridge maintenance and construction across concrete, timber and steel assets, with significant time spent camping away from home.

You will work on maintenance, repair and construction projects, with a strong safety mindset and the ability to work well in a team. Immediate start and 6-month duration with a 9-day fortnight roster.

APG Workforce are currently seeking an experienced Bridge Worker to join a dynamic team based in Goulburn. This is a hands‑on role working across bridge maintenance and construction projects, with significant time spent camping away from home.

• $46.61 per hour + Super
• ASAP Start
• Duration: 6 Months
• Hours:8.5 hours per day | 76 hours per fortnight
• Roster:9-day fortnight

About the Role

You will be involved in the maintenance, repair and construction of bridge structures, working across concrete, timber and steel assets. This role requires strong practical skills, a solid safety mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

The role undertakes a range of functions relating to maintaining timber, steel or concrete bridges, including assisting other trades. The role also operates a range of equipment or machinery and carries out advanced labouring. Ability to drive a Medium Ridged tipping truck and other plant items will be encouraged.

Essential Requirements

• Relevant experience in bridge or construction related industry
• Current Construction Industry White Card
• Current unrestricted NSW Driver’s Licence
• WOF (Worker on Foot)
• Willingness to obtain additional licences or tickets as required
• Ability to obtain a Police Check
