Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of bridal stylists.
- Drive sales performance and achieve store targets.
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised experience for every bride.
- Support recruitment, training and development of the team.
- Manage customer enquiries, follow-ups and escalations.
- Coordinate in-store events, promotions and trunk shows.
- Maintain exceptional merchandising and presentation standards.
