Job summary

True Society Melbourne is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Customer Experience Manager) to lead daily store operations and deliver a highly personalized bridal shopping experience. You will guide stylists, support sales targets, and uphold brand standards across events and in-store experiences.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of retail management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a fast-growing luxury boutique environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Retail/Fashion or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in bridal or apparel.
• Strong customer service, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead daily sales and operational management of a fast-growing upscale retail bridal boutique; work with stylists to meet sales goals.
• Foster ongoing development of store staff through recruitment, training and coaching.
• Manage qualification process and conversions from pre-appointment to sale.
• Address customer inquiries (email, text, phone, website) and follow up on issues.
