Job summary

AH Bricks and Pavers in Ferntree Gully, VIC, is seeking a dedicated Factory Laborer to join our brick manufacturing team. This role is hands-on and team-focused, with hours Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm or 6:30am–2:30pm.

You will stack bricks, set up workstations, cut bricks, pour cement, and help keep a clean, safe workspace. Forklift license is desirable but not essential. We provide a friendly environment, occasional lunches, and opportunities to develop practical skills.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.
• Forklift license desirable but not essential.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or factory environment is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Stack bricks efficiently and safely.
• Set up tables and workstations as required.
• Cut bricks using tools and machinery.
• Pouring cement and assisting with production tasks.
• Performing general cleanup to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
• Supporting the team with other manufacturing-related tasks as needed.
