Job summary

Programmed is hiring Factory Hand/Labourers in Australia. The role involves handling stone products, loading into shot blaster, unloading and stacking on pallets, and operating a forklift if licensed.

You will wrap pallets, assist with mixer cleans, and maintain a clean workspace in a dusty, noisy environment. We offer a 4-day work week, with shifts Tue-Fri 6:00am–4:00pm, a pay rate of $33.05 per hour, and ongoing training with career progression into machine operating roles.

Qualifications

• Physically fit for demanding work.
• Able to lift and move heavy loads up to 80kg.
• Comfortable in a dusty and noisy environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Handle stone products at end of production line.
• Unload and stack products onto pallets.
• Load stone into shot blaster; operate vacuum lifting equipment.
• Move pallets with forklift if licensed; wrap completed pallets.
• Perform pallet wrapping and occasional manual pallet wrapping.
• Clean machinery with high-pressure water and maintain clean work area.
• Assist with mixer cleans and support routine housekeeping.
