Job summary

Fieldpiece is hiring a Customer Service & Warehouse Associate for a new Brendale warehouse. You will be onsite daily from 8:00am to 4:00pm, handling customer inquiries and warehouse duties.

Responsibilities include stock handling, order packing/shipping, inventory audits, and using company software to track orders and inventory. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in warehouse/distribution.
• Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations (picking/packing/shipping).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to interact with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person to ensure satisfaction.
• Receive, stock, and organize products in the warehouse.
• Pack, label, and ship orders.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies.
