Ovolo Hotels Group is seeking a Commis Chef for a part-time role in Australia. You will be responsible for preparing breakfast dishes with locally sourced produce, while supporting lunch service as required. Join an energetic team that values creativity, teamwork and high standards of hygiene.

Formación

• 1–2 years of Commis Chef experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including breakfast service.
• Ready to maintain hygiene and food safety standards under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of the breakfast service and support lunch/dinner as needed.
• Cook and manage breakfast and lunch service with attention to quality.
• Set up and clean the kitchen after service.
• Keep stocks at optimum levels and ensure mise-en-place is fresh.
• Prepare dishes according to recipes and quantities.
• Communicate issues to Head Chef promptly.
• Treat all staff fairly and with courtesy, monitor guest satisfaction and food costs.
