Fellini's Trattoria at Howard Smith Wharves is seeking a passionate Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team, bringing morning service to life with Italian-inspired breakfast favorites and high energy.

You will lead your station during busy mornings, maintain mise en place, ensure quality and safety, and work with the team to deliver a seamless service while contributing ideas to keep the menu fresh in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in breakfast or high-volume kitchens.
• Passion for food and hospitality.
• Strong breakfast service techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Run your section confidently during busy morning services.
• Prepare fresh ingredients and ensure mise en place is service-ready.
• Maintain presentation, quality and portion control.
• Work closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver a seamless service.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Support with stock rotation and kitchen organization.
• Contribute ideas and bring your own creativity to the menu.
