Job summary

Job Q is seeking a reliable Breakfast Chef for Croff Bakehouse in West Leederville, WA. You will lead breakfast and brunch service, maintain quality, and work independently during shifts in a fast-paced cafe kitchen.

The role requires early mornings, weekday and weekend availability, and a positive team attitude. Sponsorship is available for suitable candidates, subject to eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a café or brunch kitchen.
• Good understanding of kitchen workflow and fast-paced service.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Execute breakfast and brunch service efficiently during peak hours.
• Independently manage kitchen operations on designated shifts.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation and portioning.
• Assist with daily preparation and stock rotation.
• Monitor prep levels and minimise wastage.
