Hellenika at The Calile on James Street, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, is seeking an experienced Breakfast Bar Supervisor to lead the morning service. You will oversee breakfast bar operations, ensure guest satisfaction and maintain coffee excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or senior hospitality experience in a busy café or restaurant.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Current Queensland RSA Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Full Australian working rights.

Your Role

We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Breakfast Bar Supervisor to lead our morning service at Hellenika.

You'll be responsible for overseeing the breakfast bar operation, supporting the team and ensuring our guests receive the exceptional service Hellenika is known for.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day operation, can make a great coffee and knows how to lead a team in a busy restaurant environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Overseeing the daily breakfast bar operation, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
