Job summary

Schiavello Construction is seeking a marketing professional to join our team in Melbourne. The Marketing & Tender Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop our brand, create engaging content and produce high-quality tender materials.

Responsibilities include coordinating photoshoots, managing social media across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, and preparing well-designed tenders and proposals using Adobe InDesign.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years marketing or digital experience.
• Proven Adobe InDesign experience – this is a mandatory requirement.
• Experience preparing tenders, proposals or EOIs is highly desirable.
• Experience managing social media platforms and developing digital content.
• Proficient using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Creating engaging content that tells our brand story across social media, websites, newsletters, brochures and other communication channels
• Managing our social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms
• Developing and maintaining a social media content calendar, scheduling content and monitoring performance
• Preparing professionally designed tender submissions and business development materials using Adobe InDesign
• Writing engaging and professional copy for social media, website, EDM, project profiles, case studies and other marketing materials
• Coordinating professional and in-house photography and photoshoots, including schedules, locations, shot lists and required personnel
• Working with internal teams to gather project information, staff profiles, case studies and supporting content for tenders
• Ensuring marketing and tender materials are accurate, compliant, on-brand and professionally presented
• Supporting presentations, business development initiatives, events and other marketing activities
