Job summary

Shift is seeking a Creative Production Specialist in Sydney to maintain brand consistency and produce engaging design across digital, print and events. You will build robust templates for self-serve content and progressively oversee work produced by others using these tools.

You will collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager and Senior Digital Manager to shape briefs, set timelines, and deliver high-quality outcomes that reflect Shift’s values, while managing a broad range of briefs with

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in graphic design, creative production, or related field.
Proven experience producing across digital, social, email, print, and event channels.
Strong experience typesetting and producing long-form documents such as reports.
Proven ability to work within an established brand system.
Confident in stakeholder engagement, including shaping briefs and managing timelines.
Experience prioritising competing deadlines and delivering under pressure.

Responsibilities

Maintain visual consistency and brand quality across all Shift channels.
Manage production and execution of briefs, negotiating scope and timelines with stakeholders.
Design, build and maintain Microsoft and Canva templates for self-serve content creation.
Review and approve creative work produced by others.
Deliver typesetting and desktop publishing for reports and collateral.
Design digital and social advertising assets.
