Job summary

Shift Financial in Sydney is seeking a Creative Production Specialist to ensure brand clarity across digital, print, and event touchpoints. You’ll produce engaging design work and build templates in Microsoft and Canva for self‑serve content creation.

You’ll work with the Senior Brand Manager and Senior Digital Manager, shaping briefs, agreeing on timelines, and delivering high‑quality outcomes that reflect Shift’s brand values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in graphic design/creative production or related field.
• Experience producing across digital, social, email, print and event channels.
• Strong experience with long-form documents and brand systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand consistency and visual quality across all channels.
• Manage production and execution of briefs with stakeholders.
• Design, build, and maintain Microsoft and Canva templates for self-serve content.
• Review and approve creative work across the business.
• Deliver typesetting and desktop publishing for reports and collateral.
• Design digital and social advertising assets.
• Produce event collateral and trade stand materials.
• Publish light, templated web content.
• Progressively take over creative and publishing approvals as judged.
