Shift is seeking a Creative Production Specialist in Australia to ensure brand clarity across digital, print, and events. You will produce engaging design work, create reusable templates for self-serve content, and mentor others by leveraging these tools.

Working with the Senior Brand Manager and Senior Digital Manager, you will shape briefs, agree timelines, and deliver high-quality outcomes that reflect Shift's brand values, with flexible work options and a collaborative culture.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years in graphic design or creative production.
• Experience delivering digital, social, email, print and event assets.
• Strong typesetting skills and long-form document production.
• Proven ability to work within an established brand system.
• Successful stakeholder engagement and briefing to manage timelines.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
• Canva proficiency including template development.
• PowerPoint template design and updating skills; Word/SharePoint knowledge.
• Knowledge of WordPress or CMS, HTML for eDM templates, and CRM platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and visual craftsmanship.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain brand consistency across all Shift channels using the brand system.
• Oversee production of creative briefs, negotiate scope, priorities, and timelines.
• Design, build and maintain templates for self-serve content (MS Office, Canva).
• Review and approve work produced by others across the business.
• Deliver typesetting and desktop publishing for reports and collateral.
• Create digital and social advertising assets.
• Produce event collateral and trade stand materials.
• Publish light, templated web content on reusable layouts.
• Gradually take over creative/publishing approvals as you demonstrate good judgement.
