Job summary

ANZUK Education seeks an experienced Centre Director for a brand-new centre on Brisbane's northside. You will lead day-to-day operations, steer culture, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and build strong relationships with families and the community.

You will shape centre direction, drive occupancy, and ensure quality practices while benefiting from leadership support and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience to lead a service.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the centre team to deliver high-quality experiences for children and families.
• Foster a positive, accountable, high-performing culture.
• Maintain strong occupancy and family engagement.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and staff retention.
• Drive quality practices and compliance across the service.
• Prepare the centre for future assessment and rating goals.
• Build strong relationships with families and the local community.
