Job summary

Sienna Byron Bay is seeking a Brand & Marketing Coordinator to own the day-to-day marketing rhythm. The role focuses on planning and executing campaigns, coordinating launches, and building a strong calendar that aligns with our refreshed brand.

You will work closely with founders, turning ideas into actionable tasks and delivering on a tight schedule. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, with a sharp eye for design and a hands-on approach to marketing in beauty/e-commerce.

Qualifications

• Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented and with strong follow-through.
• Experience in marketing, brand or e-commerce is preferred.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, Photoshop and Canva is expected.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the marketing calendars.
• Plan, write, build and schedule EDMs in Klaviyo.
• Create and adapt assets for paid social and digital campaigns.
• Review performance and shape future campaigns from insights.
• Coordinate launches, restocks, promotions and campaigns.
