You will work in a hybrid setup from our Cremorne/Richmond offices, collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive growth and brand equity. You will contribute to 3–5 year brand strategies, manage marketing communications, and support NPD initiatives while ensuring timely,

Qualifications

• Brand management experience, preferably FMCG
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional projects
• Ability to develop and articulate marketing plans and messages
• Attention to detail and proactive project management

Responsibilities

• Define and develop winning brand strategies and 3–5 year plans
• Monitor brand performance and deliver marketing communications plans
• Lead NPD and category innovation through Stage-Gate
• Collaborate with Sales to win with key partners
• Drive timely, compliant execution of growth plans
