Southern Cross Austereo (SCA) is seeking a Brand Experience Specialist for a 12-month contract in Brisbane. You will bring the Triple M brand to life through engaging on-site promotions and activations, collaborating closely with the Breakfast Show and Drive Show teams to drive audience engagement and monetisation.

You’ll be the meticulous organiser behind the scenes and the confident on-ground lead, ensuring events run smoothly, on-brand, and on budget while delivering standout experiences for

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand promotions from concept to delivery.
• Coordinate activations, briefing crew on site, and securing prizes.
• Write on-air copy and ensure compliance, branding and budget adherence.
• Plan events and promotions with presenters, leads, and partners.
• Deliver memorable audience moments and measure engagement.

About the Team & Office

Join our Brisbane Promotions team on a 12 month contract as a Brand Experience Specialist and help bring the iconic Triple M brand to life through engaging, memorable experiences. You’ll work closely with the Breakfast Show and Drive Show , delivering standout promotions that drive audience engagement, ratings and content monetisation.

Based in our Brisbane office, you’ll be right in the heart of the action, surrounded by great cafés, public transport and some of the city’s best food spots.

A day in the life?

You’ll bring brand and promotions ideas to life from start to finish, working closely with presenters, Brand Experience Leads and partners to create unforgettable audience moments. One minute you’re planning an activation or briefing crew on site, the next you’re locking in prizes, writing on‑air copy or making sure everything is compliant, on brand and on budget.

You’ll be the detail‑driven organiser behind the scenes and the calm, confident operator on the ground — making sure events, promotions and experiences run seamlessly and leave a lasting impression.

What You’ll Need

• Experience in events, project management, promotions, branding, PR, and office administration
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, manage resources, and meet deadlines under pressure
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at all levels
• High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach to problem‑solving
• Good working knowledge of social media and online platforms
