Job summary

Southern Cross Austereo in Cairns is looking for a casual Street Teamer to be the face of Hit103.1 & Triple M 102.3 at major radio events. No two shifts are the same, with events, activations, and on-site promotions to run. You’ll be part of an energetic Brand & Promotions team and grow within a nationwide network.

We value energy, initiative, and a positive attitude. Availability across weekdays and weekends is required; a valid driver’s licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• A people person who loves engaging with crowds and delivering top-notch customer service.
• Great attention to detail and the confidence to take initiative.
• A team player who’s happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
• Experience in customer service or promotions is a plus, but a great attitude is what matters most.
• Availability across weekdays and weekends; a valid driver’s license is preferred or essential.

Responsibilities

• Represent Hit & Triple M at events, creating awesome experiences for our listeners.
• Set up and pack down promotional events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Chat with listeners, hand out prizes, and bring the energy to every activation.
• Support the wider Brand & Promotions team with any tasks that pop up.
