The Opportunity Hub UK Ltd is seeking a mid-level Brand Development Manager to shape the future of Creative & Marketing in Liverpool. You will build and execute brand development strategies for a portfolio of client and internal brands while coordinating with creative, content and account teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.

As a key player, you will manage brand guidelines, present updates to senior stakeholders, and spot growth opportunities in the Liverpool market and beyond.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a brand, marketing or account management role within Creative & Marketing.
• Strong commercial instincts. You'll need to connect brand decisions to revenue, not just aesthetics.
• Confident communicator who can brief senior stakeholders and a junior designer clearly.
• Comfortable juggling several brand projects at once without losing attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of brand tracking, market research tools and campaign reporting.
• A genuine curiosity about culture and consumer behaviour.
