The Opportunity Hub UK Ltd in Liverpool is seeking a Senior Creative Director to shape the creative function from the ground up. The role focuses on leading brand and product campaigns, with direct access to founders and a fast-moving startup environment.

You will build a small team, defend a clear creative direction, and oversee digital, social, and brand output while maintaining high quality as volumes grow. Hybrid working in Liverpool is offered.

Qualificações

• Portfolio showing creative leadership beyond individual work.
• Comfort with minimal team and ad-hoc processes.
• Strong presentation skills for selling ideas to stakeholders.
• Solid grounding in brand strategy and craft.
• Ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on detail (e.g., font size at 11pm).
• Genuine interest in the Creative & Marketing space and its direction.

Responsabilidades

• Set the creative direction across campaigns, brand and product, and defend it when things get chaotic.
• Build and mentor a small creative team, giving clear feedback rather than vague notes.
• Pitch concepts directly to founders and stakeholders, and adjust fast when priorities shift.
• Oversee output across digital, social, and brand work, keeping quality consistent as volume grows.
• Run rapid creative testing cycles, learning from what lands and killing what doesn't.
• Manage relationships with freelancers and external partners when the work needs extra hands.
