Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent self-taught experience).
• Understanding of front-end and back-end concepts, even if depth in each is still developing.
• Genuine curiosity: asking why and how, not just what.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and adjusting quickly.
• Clear written and verbal communication, especially explaining technical problems to non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining features across the front end and back end under senior developer guidance.
• Writing clean, tested code in line with the team\'s standards and frameworks.
• Fixing bugs, running diagnostics, and learning how large-scale systems fail (and recover).
• Participating in code reviews, both giving and receiving feedback.
• Working with databases, APIs, and version control as part of a structured development cycle.
• Attending sprint planning and stand-ups, and picking up the practical rhythm of enterprise software delivery.
