Wave of Innovation is seeking a Graphic Designer / Customer Support Coordinator to manage merchandise, printing, and attendee support for London and Sydney events. This role sits at the intersection of logistics and design, ensuring that materials reflect the event’s brand and run smoothly from planning through execution.

This is a 6-month contract with potential to grow into a permanent role for the right candidate. Hybrid/remote work is possible across London and Sydney timelines.

Qualificações

• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple print and merchandise vendors simultaneously.
• Experience with inventory tracking and stock management.
• Comfortable handling ticketing platforms and sponsorship-related inquiries.
• Prior event, conference, or exhibition experience is a plus.
• Timely, clear communication with sponsors and attendees.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities without close supervision.
• Takes ownership of tasks and follows through to completion.
• Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced event environment.
• Adaptable and calm under pressure, particularly during on-site event days.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main point of contact for attendee and sponsor queries, including ticketing and sponsorship questions.
• Resolve issues relating to ticket purchases, merchandise, printed materials, and signage.
• Source and coordinate event merchandise, including apparel, swag bags, lanyards, and stickers.
• Manage sponsor merchandise requirements and overall inventory.
• Design and coordinate printing of badges, programs, lanyards, sponsor signage, and name cards.

This role sits at the intersection of logistics and design, ensuring that everything attendees see, wear, and hold reflects the event’s brand and runs smoothly from planning through execution.

This is a 6-month contract position, with the potential to grow into a permanent, dedicated role within the Wave of Innovation team for the right candidate. Depending on how the event progresses, additional related tasks may be added to this role’s scope.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Act as the main point of contact for attendee and sponsor queries, including ticketing and sponsorship questions.
