CEDA – the Committee for Economic Development of Australia is seeking a Marketing and Communications Advisor to join its Brand, Marketing and Communications team. This hands‑on role drives content across channels, turning research and events into engaging material for the media, members and paid platforms.

You’ll work with senior colleagues on strategy, briefs, and brand standards, delivering high‑quality outputs from brief to finished product and growing your skills over time in a fast-paced

Competenze

• Two to three years’ relevant experience in marketing, communications, content, PR.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading for digital audiences.
• Experience creating content for social media or other digital channels.
• Experience writing for and liaising with media.
• Sound editorial judgement, privacy, copyright and accessibility awareness.
• Curiosity about Australia’s economic, social and policy environment and the ability to translate research into accessible content.
• Experience with CMS and CRM systems.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

• Producing and publishing timely, accurate content across media, social media, ceda.com.au and email.
• Supporting integrated campaigns that grow relevant audiences and deepen member engagement.
• Producing the annual ‘impact’ report on our successes.
• Providing day-to-day support to the Director of Communications.
• Tracking and reporting on how our content performs and helping it improve.
• Helping keep the team’s calendars and approvals on track, in line with priorities and collaboration.
