Responsibilities

• Develop long lasting relationships with OB clients to promote 'Holiday Better'.
• Be vibrant, tailored and brave in approach to teamwork, service and sales.
• Welcome and engage customers to form lasting relationships.
• Go above and beyond for customers and inspire them to Holiday Better.
• Provide a friendly welcome with an outgoing personality to enhance the experience.
• Maintain contact with customers beyond the shop floor using clientelling tools.
• Work as part of a team to ensure retail operational excellence and great client care.
• Understand how exceptional service impacts sales, KPIs and customer relationships.
• Identify customer needs and answer product-related questions eloquently.
• Tell the OB story to bring collections to life and convey a Feel Summer attitude.
• Address queries about price, look, feel, texture and features of OB products.
• Go the extra mile for availability and sourcing, following through to completion.
• Show passion for OB ranges and suggest styles to build wardrobes.
• Capture customer details to expand OB's customer base and encourage loyalty.
• Uphold high store standards and collaborate with the team to look their best.
• Attend regular training on seasonal product launches to stay up-to-date.
• Share feedback on daily/weekly store reporting with the team.
• Perform any other reasonable task as directed by a supervisor.
