Plumbers Co-op is seeking a hands-on Delivery & Customer Service Assistant in Sydney to join our branch team. You’ll blend deliveries, stock handling, and member service, delivering to our valued members and supporting daily store operations.

No two days are the same in this role, with opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team culture. If you’re eager, reliable, and ready to start your career, this is the place to begin.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record and can-do attitude.
• MR Drivers licence.
• Basic computer skills to help with order management and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders, load delivery vehicles, and deliver goods to our members.
• Use our computer system to track, log, and complete delivery runs accurately.
• Assist with branch stock management and inventory activities.
• Provide excellent customer service, including over-the-counter sales to members.
• Contribute to the team’s success by being a supportive and proactive team member.
• Help maintain a clean and tidy branch to create a welcoming environment for everyone.
