Job summary

Plumbers Co-op is seeking energetic individuals to join our branch team in a hands-on role that blends deliveries, customer service, and growth opportunities.

You will pick and pack orders, load delivery vehicles, deliver to members, and use our computer system to track and log deliveries. You’ll help manage stock, provide friendly service at the counter, and contribute to a welcoming branch environment while building your career with performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record required.
• MR licence desirable.
• Basic computer skills for order management and tracking.
• Willingness to learn and commit to professional development.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders, load delivery vehicles, and deliver goods to our members.
• Use our computer system to track, log, and complete delivery runs accurately.
• Assist with branch stock management and inventory activities.
• Provide excellent customer service, including over-the-counter sales to members.
• Contribute to the team's success by being a supportive and proactive team member.
• Help maintain a clean and tidy branch to create a welcoming environment for everyone.

This isn't your average day job! As part of our branch team, you'll enjoy a mix of responsibilities both in the branch and out on the road, delivering directly to our valued members.
