Job summary

Plumbers Co-op in Sydney's Rosebery region seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead our frontline team, build strong customer relationships, and grow the member base through hands-on leadership and a customer-first mindset.

You will mentor a lively team, drive service excellence, and represent the co-op in BBQs and member events while delivering performance-based bonuses and enjoying a Tool of Trade vehicle.
