Job summary

Plumbers Co-op in New South Wales is seeking a hands-on delivery and customer-service oriented team member. You will split time between the branch and on the road, delivering goods directly to our valued members, with a mix of responsibilities and frequent opportunities to grow within the business.

No two days will be the same as you assist with stock, process orders, and help customers in person and over the counter.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record required or preferred.
• Basic computer and order-tracking skills required.
• Willingness to grow professionally and adapt to new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders, load delivery vehicles, and deliver goods to members.
• Use the computer system to track, log, and complete delivery runs accurately.
• Assist with branch stock management and inventory activities.
• Provide excellent customer service, including over-the-counter sales to members.
• Contribute to team success by being a proactive team member.
• Help maintain a clean and tidy branch environment.
