Job summary

Plumbers Co-op is looking for a branch team member to blend deliveries with customer service and growth opportunities. You’ll be hands-on and involved in both the branch and the road, delivering to our members.

No two days will be the same, with a mix of tasks from order picking and packing to stock support and over-the-counter service. A can-do attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record
• MR Drivers licence desirable
• Basic computer skills to help with order management and tracking
• Willingness to learn and commit to professional development

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders, load delivery vehicles, and deliver goods to our members.
• Use our computer system to track, log, and complete delivery runs accurately.
• Assist with branch stock management and inventory activities.
• Provide excellent customer service, including over-the-counter sales to members.
• Contribute to the team’s success by being a supportive and proactive team member.
• Help maintain a clean and tidy branch to create a welcoming environment for everyone.

About the role

This isn’t your average day job! As part of our branch team, you’ll enjoy a mix of responsibilities both in the branch and out on the road, delivering directly to our valued members.
