Job summary

Star Fluid Power in Melbourne's Western Suburbs is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee daily branch operations and lead a hands-on team. You will manage stock control, liaise with customers, and support order picking, packing and dispatch while maintaining safety and organisation.

The role offers opportunities for growth, including potential progression to a 2IC position, with ongoing training and a supportive environment. A current manual licence and vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Lead by example with “Hands On” approach
• Knowledge of hydraulic hose and fittings looked upon favourably
• Computer/digitally competent (MS office applications)
• Accurate with numbers (stock count and stocktakes)
• Attention to detail (accuracy in reading part numbers)
• Ability to learn new skills
• All requirements needed to work in Australia.
• Physically fit – able to lift up to 25kg safely
• Current drivers licence and own vehicle
• Fork Lift licence (preferred but not essential)
• Friendly and rewarding work environment
• Ongoing training and support
• Opportunity to move into a 2IC position within the organisation for the successful candidate
