Super Safe Scaffolds in Traralgon is seeking a hands-on Branch Supervisor to help run daily depot operations across customer service, admin, logistics scheduling, and yard duties.

You'll work closely with the Branch Manager, liaise with Head Office and other Victorian branches, and support a safety-minded team across site and yard operations, including equipment hire items like fencing, site sheds, scaffolding, portable toilets and amenities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on candidate with customer service experience.
• Experience with admin tasks and basic MS Office.
• Familiar with logistics scheduling and depot operations.
• Physically able to perform yard work when required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily run sheets and coordinate deliveries to keep yard/site on schedule.
• Process orders, respond to emails/phone inquiries, liaise with Head Office.
• Assist with order prep, stock handling, loading/unloading and yard upkeep.
• Support Branch Manager and site/yard crews, ensuring safety standards.
• Learn and work across the full hire range including fencing, sheds, toilets, amenities.

Branch Supervisor – Equipment Hire & Logistics

We’re looking for a hands‑on Branch Supervisor to join our team in Traralgon. Working closely with the Branch Manager, you’ll help keep the daily depot operations running smoothly—split between customer service, admin, logistics scheduling, and helping out in the yard.

This is a broad, active role where you'll liaise with our Head Office and other Victorian branches, help guide the site and yard teams, and get involved in all aspects of our equipment hire business.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Logistics: Prepare daily run sheets, route deliveries, and help keep yard and site activities running on time.

Admin & Customer Service: Process customer orders in our system, respond to emails, take phone inquiries, and liaise with Head Office and our other branches.

Hands‑On Yard Work: Assist with order preparation, stock handling, loading/unloading, and yard upkeep as needed.

Team & Operations Support: Work alongside the Branch Manager to support site and yard crews and ensure safety standards are followed on‑site.

Product Knowledge: Learn and work across our full hire range—including temporary fencing, site sheds, scaffolding, portable toilets, and amenities.

What We Are Looking For

Reliable & Driving: Solid work ethic, reliable, and equipped with a valid driver’s license and your own transport.

Good Computer Skills: Comfortable using computers for job software, email, and basic office tasks.

Hands‑On Capability: Physically able and willing to jump into the yard and assist with manual prep work when things get busy.

Team Player & Communicator: Easy to work with, able to take direction from the Branch Manager, and happy communicating with customers, crew, and other branches.

Eager to Learn: Interested in getting to know a wide variety of construction and event hire equipment.

Licenses (Bonus): A Forklift (LF) or Truck (MR/HR) license is highly regarded, but not compulsory.
