Capral Limited in Campbellfield, Victoria, is seeking experienced workers to join our Regional Distribution Centre (RDC). Roles include Paintline, Warehouse and Despatch with Day or Afternoon shifts, full-time, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in Paintline, Warehouse or Despatch in an industrial environment.
• Hold a valid LF Forklift Licence (essential for most roles).
• Be physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety.
• Have a reliable work history and strong attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support Paintline, Warehouse and Despatch functions.
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders.
• Load, prepare and pre-load deliveries.
• Operate forklifts as required.
• Manage inventory and materials.
• Use SAP and warehouse systems.

• Paintline
• Warehouse
• Despatch

About the Role:

These roles support the day-to-day operations of the RDC, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely processing and distribution of Capral products.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Operation and support of Paintline, Warehouse, and Despatch functions
• Picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders
• Loading, preparation, and pre-loading of deliveries
• Forklift operations, including loading and unloading of vehicles
• Inventory and materials management
• Use of SAP and warehouse systems
• Adherence to safety, quality, and legislative requirements

• Be physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety
• Have a reliable work history and strong attendance record

About You:
