SIXT Australia is seeking a Customer Experience Agent / Vehicle Detailer in Beresfield/Charlestown, NSW. This dual role combines customer service with hands-on vehicle detailing and daily branch operations. You’ll engage customers, manage bookings, and help vehicles look their best for the road.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the rental experience.

• Wash, vacuum, clean and detail vehicles to SIXT standards.
• Inspect vehicles and record any damage for readiness.
• Assist with daily fleet movements and branch operations.

We're seeking motivated individuals to join SIXT in a dual Customer Experience Agent / Vehicle Detailer role, combining customer service, sales, vehicle detailing and daily branch operations.

You’ll be the friendly face of SIXT, assisting customers with their rental needs while also getting hands-on to ensure our vehicles are clean, well-presented and ready for the road.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional and exceptional customer service throughout the rental experience.

• Manage bookings, rental agreements, vehicle collections, returns and customer enquiries.

• Identify customer needs and confidently promote vehicle upgrades, protection options and additional rental products.

• Work towards achieving individual and branch sales and customer service targets.

• Wash, vacuum, clean and detail vehicles to SIXT's quality and presentation standards.

• Inspect vehicles, record damage and ensure they are ready for customer collection.

• Assist with daily fleet management, vehicle movements, pick-ups and deliveries when required.

• Maintain accurate rental records and complete general administrative tasks.

• Support branch operations and maintain a clean, safe and organised workplace.

• Work collaboratively with your team, switching between customer service and vehicle detailing duties as required.

What Do We Need From You?

We're looking for people with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• A passion for customer service and sales, with the motivation to achieve targets and earn incentives.

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, confident approach.

• Willingness to undertake hands‑on vehicle cleaning and detailing.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

• Good computer skills and confidence in learning new systems.

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales or vehicle detailing (preferred but not essential).

• A current, unrestricted full Australian driver's licence.

• Full working rights in Australia.

• Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends.

• Willingness to support nearby branches when operationally required.
