Job summary

The Hospitals Contribution Fund Of Australia Limited (HCF) is seeking a Branch Member Consultant for our Maroochydore branch. This full-time role focuses on guiding members to understand and access our health insurance options with a personalized, needs-based approach.

You will greet members face-to-face and on the phone, build rapport quickly, and work in a collaborative team. Training begins with one week at our Sydney Head Office, with travel and accommodation arranged in advance.

About the Role

As a Branch Member Consultant at HCF, you'll be the face of Australia's largest Not-For-Profit Health Fund! Your personal touch will help guide our members in making informed healthcare choices.

Location & Hours

This full time position is based in our HCF Maroochydore Branch. The hours for this role are Monday to Friday from 8:45am to 5pm - no weekends!

Flexibility

We offer one Family & Friends day and 3 additional flexible leave days each year, giving you more freedom to recharge, manage personal commitments, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Training

Please note there will be one week of training in our Head Office in Sydney CBD (commencing 19th October), with travel and accommodation arranged in advance. This training has been designed to help support you and your transition into this role. You will also be provided with consistent, ongoing coaching and support to help you succeed and build confidence.

Salary

Salaries start at $66K plus super plus incentive!
