Eagles The Plumbing Shop is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the Kings Park branch near Blacktown. You will manage day-to-day operations, support the team and grow the business by strengthening customer and supplier relationships.

You will oversee trade counter and phone sales, inventory, and logistics while ensuring a safe, efficient workplace. Previous branch management or senior trade sales experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing supplies, plumbing trade sales or related environment.
• Previous branch management, assistant management, supervisory or senior trade sales experience.
• Current manual driver's licence is essential; forklift licence advantageous.
• Willingness to lead from the front and manage day-to-day operations.

Are you an experienced Branch Manager looking for a fresh challenge? Or perhaps you’re a strong Assistant Manager, 2IC or Branch Supervisor ready to take the next step?

Eagles The Plumbing Shop is looking for an experienced plumbing trade professional to lead our established Kings Park branch, near Blacktown.

We’re an independent, family‑owned plumbing merchant that has been supplying the trade for almost 50 years. As a long‑standing member of PlumbingPlus, we combine the strength and buying power of a national group with the flexibility and personal approach of an independent business.

This is a hands‑on Branch Manager role. You’ll lead an experienced team, look after our customers, oversee day‑to‑day branch operations and work closely with our Operations and Sales Manager to grow the branch and deliver strong results.

If you enjoy being close to the customers and the day‑to‑day business rather than managing from behind a desk, this could be a great next move. You’ll take ownership of the day‑to‑day performance and operation of the branch, including:

Leading, supporting and developing an experienced branch team.

Building strong relationships with existing customers, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with our key suppliers.

Working closely with our Sales and Operations teams to achieve branch targets, you'll also be providing knowledgeable trade counter and telephone sales support.

Overseeing warehouse, transport and delivery operations, and managing stock, purchasing, receipting and inventory

Maintaining a safe, organised and efficient workplace

This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same.

About you:

We’re looking for someone with strong product and industry knowledge, who understands the plumbing trade and enjoys working with trade customers. You will have experience within plumbing supplies, plumbing trade sales or a closely related trade environment, and also have previous branch management, assistant management, supervisory or senior trade sales experience.

You'll need to have strong organisation and time‑management skills, confidence using computer‑based sales and inventory systems (experience using Frameworks would be advantageous), and a practical, hands‑on approach and willingness to help the team when required.

A current manual driver's licence is essential, and a forklift licence would be an advantage

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is reliable, approachable, commercially minded and comfortable leading from the front.
