P&N Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Carousel branch team in Perth, WA. You will coach the team to deliver exceptional service, drive growth through community connections, and embed our values in every member interaction.

You will foster strong relationships, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure compliance and risk-aware decision making while supporting staff development and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail/financial services with a track record of coaching teams.
• Willingness to learn banking specifics and adapt leadership to a banking context.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
