All Earthmoving Parts is seeking a Branch Manager in Geelong to lead the Fyansford branch, coordinating day-to-day operations and ensuring customers receive the right parts and service.

You will apply strong mechanical knowledge of earthmoving machinery, engage confidently with customers and suppliers, and learn new systems and software. This role emphasizes stock control, quotations, invoicing, and growth of the business.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer emails
• Identifying and interpreting parts for earthmoving machinery
• Assisting customers with parts enquiries and finding the correct components
• Ordering parts from suppliers
• Preparing quotes and processing invoices
• General warehousing duties, including receiving, checking and organising stock
• Supporting our sales representative with customer and product enquiries
• Maintaining a clean, organised and professional store
• Monitoring stock and assisting with inventory management
• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers

As Branch Manager, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the Fyansford branch. You'll work closely with customers, suppliers and our sales team to ensure the branch runs efficiently and customers receive the right parts and service. The role will suit someone who has strong mechanical knowledge of earthmoving machinery, is confident dealing with customers and suppliers, and is comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

About you

• Has a high level of mechanical knowledge, particularly relating to earthmoving machinery
• Ideally has experience as a mechanic, fitter, diesel mechanic or similar
• Is confident interpreting machinery parts and understanding how components work
• Is computer literate and comfortable learning new software and systems
• Has excellent communication skills and is confident speaking with customers and suppliers
• Is well presented, reliable and takes pride in their work
• Can work independently and take initiative
• Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks
• Is comfortable working in a small business environment, where everyone pitches in and no two days are exactly the same
• Has a positive attitude and wants to be part of a growing team
