NAB Dubbo Branch is seeking a Banking Community Leader to empower a dynamic team of Customer Advisors and foster strong relationships with customers and local business owners. You will advocate NAB's products and participate in community initiatives to increase awareness of NAB's offerings.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall performance of your branch through coaching and mentoring, leadership, and direction.
• Lead sales activities to achieve business objectives by actively identifying cross-sale opportunities.
• Deliver a brilliant, consistent, and engaging customer experience to our customers and partners; ensuring that your team understands the importance of seizing every opportunity to build customer advocacy.
• Ensuring that the standards, procedures, and systems set out at NAB remain in place across the branch.
• Manage performance & strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider Retail division.
