The role suits an established CNC sales leader or a top-performing salesperson stepping into leadership, reporting to the national leadership team, with a focus on customer excellence and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years proven success in CNC machine tool sales.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery, applications and justification.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Commercially minded with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Hands-on, proactive, customer-focused leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Victorian branch across sales, service, and applications.

Our client is one of Australia’s most established suppliers of CNC machine tools and industrial robotics, representing world-class manufacturing technology and supporting customers across a wide range of industries.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead their Victorian operation. This role suits either an established branch leader within CNC machinery or a high-performing CNC Technical Sales professional ready to step into a senior leadership position.

Reporting to the national leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing branch operations, and leading a highly skilled team across sales, service, and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Victorian branch across sales, service, and applications
• Achieve and exceed agreed CNC machine tool sales targets
• Drive service revenue and ensure outstanding customer support
