Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a chemical, agricultural, compliance or operational environment.
• Agsafe Accreditation and ability to fulfil regulatory responsibilities related to S7 poisons and chemical compliance.
• Collaborative and agile working environment.
• Resourceful, forward thinking and passionate about effecting real change for clients and community.
• High level of customer service and ability to cultivate client relationships.
• Tertiary qualification not essential but sound financial knowledge and business acumen required.

As an Elders Branch Manager, you will be entrusted to manage all aspects of branch operations and lead your team to achieve growth and exceed earning targets. Your strong leadership and people management skills will enable you to support and empower your sales team, helping them thrive within a well-established and supportive network.

Responsibilities

• Inspiring and motivating your team to maximise their potential.

• Cultivating new sales opportunities to strengthen Elders presence.
• Driving the marketing and promotion of all Elders products.
• Prioritising the safety of your staff and clients, and actively contributing to Elders’ zero-harm culture.
• Coaching and mentoring staff in identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

About You

• Demonstrated knowledge of agricultural chemicals and Schedule 7 (S7) poisons, supported by relevant industry experience and/or formal qualifications.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a chemical, agricultural, compliance, or operational environment, with Agsafe Accreditation and the ability to fulfil regulatory responsibilities associated with the management of S7 poisons and chemical compliance programs.
• Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and agile working environment.
• Are resourceful, forward thinking and passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your community.
• Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with clients.
• Although a tertiary qualification is not essential, sound financial knowledge and strong business acumen is required.
• Valid driver’s licence with no restrictions.
