Elders Rural Services Australia Limited is seeking a Branch/Sales Manager for the Mt Isa region to lead a small team, drive sales and deliver exceptional service to pastoral customers in Mt Isa and the Barkley area. You will oversee branch operations with a hands-on leadership style and be supported by Elders’ expansive network.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management with an understanding of agricultural services.

• Tertiary qualification not essential; sound financial knowledge and business acumen required.

About the role

We are looking for a Branch/Sales Manager to lead the Mt Isa team on a permanent, full-time basis. As an Elders Branch Manager, you will be entrusted to manage all aspects of branch operations and lead a small team in providing an excellent level of service to our pastoral customers in the Mt Isa and NT Barkley area. You will lead from the front driving sales and empower staff to grow with the support of an experienced network.
