JAS Auto Electrical Parts is seeking a Branch Manager for Burleigh Heads to lead daily operations, drive revenue and ensure customer service excellence. You will manage sales, warehouse and delivery teams while focusing on profitability and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or branch management experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive sales and profitability.

• Sound organisational skills, attention to detail and time management.
• Current unrestricted driver's licence.
• Experience within automotive parts or related sectors is highly regarded.

• Process invoices, credits and warranty claims accurately and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace health and safety requirements
• Foster a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture

Job Description

As Branch Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the Burleigh Heads branch, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence and strong financial performance.

You will lead and develop a team across sales, warehouse and delivery functions while identifying opportunities to grow revenue, strengthen customer relationships and improve branch profitability.
