JAS Auto Electrical Parts, part of the Bapcor Group, is expanding with a new Orange branch and seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead the launch, grow the customer base and drive profitability. You will report to the Regional Manager and own sales growth, service excellence, people leadership, inventory control, warehouse operations, safety and financial outcomes.

You will build a high‑performing team and foster customer relationships across the region.

Job Description

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, culture, safety and profitability of the Orange branch.

This is an opportunity to establish a new operation, build a high-performing team and create strong customer relationships across the region.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll take ownership of branch performance across sales growth, customer service, people leadership, inventory management, warehouse operations, safety and financial outcomes.

You’ll play a key role in driving business growth while creating a workplace where team members feel supported, engaged and empowered to succeed.
