JAS Auto Electrical Parts is expanding to Orange and seeking an experienced Branch Manager to establish a high-performing team, grow our customer base and drive profitability of the new location.

You will report to the Regional Manager and oversee sales growth, customer service, people leadership, inventory, warehouse operations, safety and financial outcomes. Build a culture where the team feels supported and empowered to succeed.

Job Description

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, culture, safety and profitability of the Orange branch.

This is an opportunity to establish a new operation, build a high-performing team and create strong customer relationships across the region.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll take ownership of branch performance across sales growth, customer service, people leadership, inventory management, warehouse operations, safety and financial outcomes.

You'll play a key role in driving business growth while creating a workplace where team members feel supported, engaged and empowered to succeed.
