Job summary

JAS Auto Electrical Parts is expanding and opening a new branch in Orange, NSW. We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to establish a high-performing team, grow our customer base and drive the success of this exciting new location.

You will report to the Regional Manager and own branch performance across sales growth, customer service, people leadership, inventory management and financial outcomes, while building strong customer relationships in the region.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a branch, operations or customer-focused team.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Track record of driving sales and customer growth.
• Warehouse, distribution or operational management experience.
• Sound commercial and financial understanding.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Job Description

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, culture, safety and profitability of the Orange branch.

This is an opportunity to establish a new operation, build a high-performing team and create strong customer relationships across the region.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll take ownership of branch performance across sales growth, customer service, people leadership, inventory management, warehouse operations, safety and financial outcomes.

You'll play a key role in driving business growth while creating a workplace where team members feel supported, engaged and empowered to succeed.
