Dahlsens Family Group of Companies in Myrtleford is seeking a Branch Manager to lead and coach a team of around 20, across 7-day trading, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will drive day-to-day operations, staff rostering, visual merchandising, inventory control and the store’s financial outcomes.

As the Branch Manager of our Dahlsens Mitre 10 Myrtleford retail store, you will lead and manage a team of around 20 experienced team members who are all passionate about providing great service to our local builders, tradies, and DIY customers. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coaching of staff, recruitment when required, leading visual merchandising standards, inventory management, and delivering the financial outcomes of the store across 7-day trading.
You will need strong business acumen, be familiar with a profit and loss statement, and understand the key levers to impact financial results. Most importantly you will bring a high EQ - to understand the team, balance the need to be consultative, and performance-develop or manage to achieve business goals and objectives.
This is a hands-on role for someone who leads from the front, gets stuck in with the team on the shop floor, and takes real pride in running a great store every day.
