Job summary

Master Hire Morayfield is seeking a Branch Manager to lead and optimise the performance of the Morayfield branch. You will drive commercial outcomes, lead a growing team, ensure operational excellence, safety and outstanding customer service.

You will oversee fleet management, logistics, service delivery and budget forecasting while identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships within a fast-paced hire industry.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Branch Manager or similar leadership role with strong commercial acumen.
• Experience managing operational performance, including fleet, logistics, or service delivery.
• Financial literacy, with the ability to interpret reports and manage budgets effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the hire, construction, or related industry is highly regarded.
